EMS Drone — UAV Component Engineering
One partner for flight controllers, propulsion, power systems, airframes, and complete aircraft configuration. We source, integrate, test, and deliver — so your team focuses on the mission.

What We Do
Whether you need individual components sourced against a BOM, a custom-engineered subsystem, or a fully configured flight-tested aircraft — we operate at the depth your project requires.
Flight controllers, ESCs, motors, batteries, communication modules, airframe parts — sourced from verified manufacturers at competitive pricing. Single BOM, single invoice, single point of accountability.
Propulsion matching, power distribution design, payload integration, communication stack architecture. Our engineers model your requirements and return a validated component configuration — not just a parts list.
Ground testing, flight validation, and compliance verification. Before any aircraft leaves our facility, it passes a structured test protocol — propulsion characterization, vibration analysis, link budget verification, and flight envelope testing.
Process
Four steps from your requirements to a delivered, validated system. Typical turnaround: 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
Share your payload, endurance, environment, and budget. We clarify requirements and document the engineering specification.
We model multiple component configurations, evaluate tradeoffs, and present a recommended BOM with rationale.
Components are procured, assembled, and tested. We run ground tests, flight envelope validation, and compliance checks.
Your configured system ships with full documentation — schematics, test reports, configuration files, and BOM.
Components
Every critical UAV subsystem — from the flight controller silicon to the airframe fastener torque spec — handled under one roof.
Why EMS Drone
Four ways we are different from a generic component distributor.
Applications
From precision agriculture to critical infrastructure inspection — our components fly in demanding environments.

Quick Answers
Most of our customers have an engineering or technical background — but not all. If you can describe your mission requirements (payload mass, endurance, operating conditions), our team can translate that into a component configuration. For complete aircraft, we take care of the engineering detail.
There is no hard minimum. Individual components can be ordered in single units. For custom engineering or complete aircraft, the engagement typically starts from a single prototype unit. Volume discounts apply for production quantities.
Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. Shipping method and cost depend on component type, quantity, and destination. Battery shipments follow IATA Dangerous Goods regulations.
All components carry manufacturer warranty. We handle warranty claims on your behalf. For pre-shipment failures caught during our testing, we replace the component before it reaches you — at no additional cost.
