Your engineering brief enters a structured review, not a sales queue.

Every inquiry is read by an applications engineer. The response is a technical assessment, not a price list — because UAV component pricing depends on configuration, not catalog selection.

Acknowledgment

You receive a confirmation within one business day. If the brief is clear, we proceed to assessment. If more detail is needed — payload mass, target endurance, or operating altitude — we ask specific questions, not generic "tell us more."

Engineering Review

Your requirements are modeled against our component database. We evaluate multiple candidate configurations, checking propulsion matching, power budget, structural compatibility, and communication link budgets. The output is a shortlist of recommended components with rationale — not just part numbers.

Response Delivery

You receive a structured document: recommended component list with specifications and quantities, unit and extended pricing, lead time estimates, and engineering commentary explaining key selection decisions. Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days for standard configurations.

Confidential by default

Every project brief is treated as confidential under NDA-level discretion. Component selections, pricing configurations, and mission profiles are never shared outside the engineering review team. We will not publish your project as a case study without explicit written permission.

Engineering-first response

Your inquiry goes to an applications engineer, not a sales representative. The response includes technical rationale for component selections — why we recommend a specific ESC protocol for your motor-propeller combination, or which firmware branch suits your mission profile.

No minimum commitment

Requesting a quote does not obligate an order. Many teams use our engineering assessment as a reference point for internal procurement decisions. We support this — an informed buyer is a better partner, regardless of who supplies the components.
